Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 4 working days of receipt.
• Delivery is by courier to anywhere in New Zealand (excluding Chatham Islands).
• You can expect to receive your order within 3 – 5 business days after shipment. But this can be up to 7 business days depending on your location and courier service times.
• Free NZ shipping on orders of $40+ NZD.
• $7 NZD standard shipping below $40 NZD.
• Please note: Shipping charges may vary when purchasing more than 5 White Coffee Mugs.

Refunds

There is no right to withdraw your order once it is placed as all goods are made to your specification. However, if your order arrived damaged or defective, please Contact Us right away, quoting your order number. We will let you know whether you need to return the item. If you do need to make a return simply send your order, in the original packaging if possible, along with the order number. When we receive the returned item we will then organise the replacement. PrintPic will not be responsible for any return postage costs unless the product is faulty AND we have requested for it to be returned.
